Payment and Return Policy

Payment for Accommodation

You are required to pay for the nights you have stayed at the hostel. Payment is due upon check-in or at the time of booking, depending on the reservation method. The rate is based on the room or bed type selected at the time of booking.

Additional Charges

Any extra services or items ordered during your stay, such as meals, drinks, tours, or any other services offered at the hostel, will be charged separately. These charges will be added to your final bill upon check-out.

Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your booking, you will only be charged for the accommodation and any extra services you have used during your stay. There are no cancellation fees for unused bookings. Please note that any pre-paid bookings or deposits are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Early Check-Out or Extended Stay

If you check out earlier than planned, you will be billed for the nights you stayed. For extended stays, additional charges will apply according to the current rates at the time of the extension.
