Meet the Owner
OceanCharm Surf House was founded by Reda Allah Laaroussi, a passionate entrepreneur and traveler with a deep love for surfing, meeting new people, and cooking. At 41 years old, Reda has built a life centered around adventure and hospitality.
Originally from Morocco, he first came to Tamraght for a short vacation, but the stunning beaches, laid-back lifestyle, and welcoming community made him stay. More than a year later, he now calls this place home and has turned his passion for hosting into a reality with OceanCharm Surf House.
With a background in hospitality and business, Reda spent years as a hotel manager, where he discovered his love for creating unforgettable stays. His entrepreneurial journey led him to establish VTProjet, a company specializing in artificial turf installations for sports fields like tennis, soccer, and padel. Now, with OceanCharm Surf House, he combines his expertise in business and hospitality to offer travelers a warm, social, and immersive surf experience.
